Workbench Budgeting is a $8.99/month subscription with a free first week. This page explains how canceling and refunds work. It's part of our Terms of Service.
Try it first
The Sample profile in the app is free, with no account needed. New subscribers also get one free week with full access. If you cancel before the week ends, you're never charged. We email you a reminder a few days before the trial ends.
Canceling
Cancel any time from your account page ("Manage subscription"). You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again. Your data stays on your computer.
Refunds
- Charged by mistake? If you forgot to cancel a trial or a renewal, email us within 7 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full and cancel the subscription.
- Billing errors, such as a duplicate charge or a charge after you canceled, are always refunded in full.
- Otherwise, we don't refund partial months. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period instead.
- If we stop offering the service, we'll refund any period you've paid for but won't get to use.
Deleting your account
Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately, and the rest of the current period isn't refunded automatically. If you were charged within the last 7 days and want a refund, email us before deleting your account so we can find the charge.
How to ask for a refund
Email max@gardenstudiosoftware.com from the address on your account, with the date of the charge. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix it faster.
This policy doesn't limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
